Ethoz ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

If you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, and anything you write to us. Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, and sets no tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
To operate the waitlist, respond to you, send occasional updates about Ethoz, and provide services you request. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes.
We use service providers to run this site: Cloudflare hosts it, protects it, and provides cookieless visit statistics; Tally collects waitlist sign-ups and data requests; and Google provides our email and the calendar used to book calls. They process your information on our behalf and only to provide these services. If you book a call, Google's booking page collects the details you enter there.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
To exercise any right, use the data request form. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We rely on your consent to add you to the waitlist; you can withdraw it anytime through the data request form, and we'll remove you. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for basic visit statistics and security. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is required; if that ever changes, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism here first. To access, correct, or delete your data at any time, use the data request form.
We don't track you across other websites and don't use cookies for ads or analytics, so we don't change anything when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We don't sell or share your personal information.
We keep waitlist and contact data until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
