This website sets two small cookies: one remembers light or dark mode, and one keeps approved visitors signed in to the investor page. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Name: ethoz-theme. Value: light, dark or system. Lasts: 1 year. Set by: Ethoz (first party), for weareethoz.com and its subdomains, so the same choice shows on the website and the app (app.weareethoz.com).
It is set only when you use the light or dark switch, or when you already had a choice saved. It contains no personal information and is not used for analytics, tracking or ads. Your browser sends it with requests to Ethoz sites, but our servers do not read or keep it; only the page itself uses it to show the theme you picked. Because it only remembers a setting you chose, we do not show a cookie banner for it. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings; the pages then go back to their default look.
Name: ethoz_investors. Lasts: 30 days. Set by: Ethoz (first party), only on investors.weareethoz.com, and only after you enter the investor passphrase.
It is strictly necessary: it keeps you signed in to the investor page so you do not have to re-enter the passphrase on every visit. It holds a signed token with an expiry date, contains no personal information, cannot be read by page scripts, and is not used for analytics, tracking or ads. If you delete it in your browser settings, you will be asked for the passphrase again.
We also keep the same light or dark choice in your browser's local storage, as a backup for when the cookie is not available. This stays on your device, contains no personal information, and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites.
If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, we will add a consent banner and update this page before doing so.
